Refund policy

We are happy to offer a very simple and easy 7 days return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item (does not apply to sale products) for a credit coupon, within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

• Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
• All items purchased can be exchanged for sizing and alterations within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
• The Return policy for each brand will vary and the same has been mentioned under each product.
• If a return for a product is possible based on the return policy of each brand then the same would be returned in form of a store credit. This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 6 months on Rentiyo.in from the same brand.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. The costs for the return will be borne by the customer. 
• Returns are not possible on products bought on sale.
• Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 7 days.
• For Cash On Delivery you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
• For Returns, products would need to be shipped back to us by the customer on Address: 
• Rentiyo, is not responsible for return shipping and pick-ups.
• We do not offer any cash refunds or store credits on customization orders for Clothing, jewellery or personalisation. 
• We do not allow cancellation and do not provide refunds on orders which include customization or personalisation. 
• We do not provide any cash refunds and only provide store credits which can be used on Rentiyo.in
